***Controls Unwanted Barking***The Husher is a very simple but effective training aid. It is made from stretchable elastic, with webbing around the elastic to limit the expansion of the dog's snout. The elastic exerts a firm yet humane pressure around the snout, similar to that applied by a canine pack leader to maintain dominance. As the dog goes to bark whilst wearing the Husher, the controlled expansion of training aid tires the muscles very easily. After a few short barks, dogs find it easier and less tiresome not to exhibit nuisance behaviour. This amount of pressure though still allows your pet to breathe (from both the front and back of the mouth), pant, drink and eat with ease. The neck strap is attached to the elastic and webbing at three points, which makes it very difficult for the dog to remove the Husher. The straps are attached to a buckle which clips at the back of the dog's head. Barking At Dogs
If your dog barks at other dogs while you are out walking, you can prevent this barking behaviour by using The Husher. You can also help reduce your dog's aggressive, fearful or excitable behaviour when around other animals by preventing eye contact between them. Train your dog to focus on you in these situations and reward your dog when it behaves calmly in the presence of other dogs.
Barking at People
Dogs commonly bark at people entering their territory. The HusherTM will prevent excessive barking at neighbourhood disturbances, cars and pedestrians. Remember to reward your dog's quiet behaviour whenever possible. If you have any concerns that your dog may be aggressive towards people you should seek expert help.
Barking When Left Alone
If your dog barks when left alone, The HusherTM may be effective in reducing or stopping this barking. Many dogs bark when alone because they are bored or because they are stressed and want to communicate with their family. It is preferable to treat these issues in addition to using The HusherTM.
The HusherTM can help to also reduce other unwanted behaviours apart from barking, including aggression, biting and stress. Because dogs bark for many different reasons, it is important to understand why your dog is barking and you may be able to stop or reduce the barking much faster. If your dog does seem to be in physical or psychological pain, visit your veterinarian for advice.
The HusherTM is scientifically proven to be 100% Humane!CAUTION
Do not leave your dog unattended while wearing the HusherTM until you are certain it can pant and drink properly. Check your dog regularly.
