Product Description
Contributors to egg fragility include egg whites with excessive fluid or limited density, high producing layers, high temperatures and stress. These factors can produce eggs with brittle shells and of low density, causing them to be weak.

Ovo-Stark is an oral premix of vitamins and minerals that has been specially formulated to benefit poultry and aid in the treatment of these deficiencies that can cause egg fragility. The mix of vitamins and minerals has been tailored to work on egg fragility to improve the quality of eggs through higher density shells, larger eggs and improved albumen.

OvoStark is ideal for chickens with a history of egg fragility, high producing chickens (whose eggs tend to be more fragile), older chickens, and as a preventative measure as warmer temperatures approach. Ovo-Stark can also be used on layers with a laying period of greater than nine months.

Ovo-Stark has been created taking into consideration all nutritional factors related directly or indirectly with shell functions and the quality of albumen in layers, on a balanced therapeutical formulation, benefiting and even improving other weak shell related originating problems, such as age or genetic factors.

Dosage:
Use before shell problems appear at a level of 5g (measuring scoop enclosed) of Ovo-Stark Complex per 5kg of feed, during layer's productive period.

On old birds, or with shell quality problems, the dosage is 20g of Ovo-Stark Complex per 5kg of feed during the first week then 10g per 5kg of feed for the second week and afterwards, 5g per 5kg during the laying cycle.

For molting birds or secondary laying period, dosage is 5g per 5kg of feed, before animals reach 20% production level, extending the combination during the whole laying cycle.
