Vet-N-Pet Direct Customer Reward Points Program.
For each $1.00 AUD spent on an online order at www.vetnpetdirect.com.au (excluding taxes and shipping) registered customers can earn 1 Customer Reward Point. Customer Reward Points can be accumulated and redeemed against future online purchases at www.vetnpetdirect.com.au. Customer Reward Points are issued upon successful completion of an order and any product returns or cancellations will result in the corresponding amount of points being deducted from the users account. Customer Reward Points are calculated on the customer order total, less taxes and shipping. Not all products sold by Vet-N-Pet Direct are included in the points program. Canine & Feline complete food products and Horse Wormers are excluded from the program. Points can neither be earned from nor redeemed for canine or feline food products or horse wormers. Other products may be included or excluded from the program at the discretion of Vet-N-Pet Direct at any time without reason or notice.
Customers can also earn Customer Reward Points for submitting product reviews. A maximum of 60 points can be earned per registered customer for product reviews. 1 Approved product review earns 10 Customer Reward Points. Product reviews are Approved or Declined at the discretion of Vet-N-Pet Direct. Declined product reviews do not earn Customer Reward Points and will not be displayed on the site. Once submitted product reviews cannot be changed or edited by the customer. However, the content of any review can be edited at the discretion of Vet-N-Pet Direct to correct spelling mistakes or remove offensive language or make other minor corrections as required. The general nature and intent of any approved review will not be intentionally edited. The content of product reviews need not necessarily be positive, however the review must be constructive or helpful for other customers to be considered for approval. Vet-N-Pet Direct has sole discretion as to whether to approve any submitted review and no negotiation will be entered into. Generally reviews are approved or declined within 24 -48 hours of submission. Customers will not be notified if their reviews are successful. Vet-N-Pet Direct reserves the right to change the number of points earned per approved review and to change the maximum number of points that can be accumulated with reviews at any time without notice.
Customer Reward Points have a life span of 2 years from the date they are earnt. Customer Reward Points are only accumulated by registered users of our site (ie. those customers with a registered username and password)
Registered customers can log-in to our store at any time using their username and password to see the total amount of points accrued in their account. Point totals can be seen by clicking on Modify Profile once logged in.
Customer Reward Points are redeemed at a rate of 30 points equalling $1.00 AUD. Customer Reward Points can only be redeemed against future purchases and are not transferrable for cash or credit.
Any part of the Customer Reward Points program may be amended, changed or cancelled by Vet-N-Pet Direct at any time without reason or notice. Should the Customer Reward Points program be discontinued at any time after the commencement of the program, all unredeemed points will be forfeited without any form of discount or compensation owing from Vet-N-Pet Direct. Vet-N-Pet Direct reserves the right to reverse or cancel any points for any reason without notice to the affected customer/s. Customer Reward Points can only be redeemed by the specific user account that earnt the points and points cannot be transferred between user accounts. Certain customers may be excluded from the Customer Rewards Points program at the discretion of Vet-N-Pet Direct.
The Vet-N-Pet Direct Customer Rewards Points Program commenced September 1 2007 and replaces all previous reward and bonus schemes.
