But this is dependant on the specific wormer that you use and/or your specific situation. Most manufacturers have a rotation/dosage frequency recommendation that suits their brand/s of wormers. The best way to determine dosage frequency is via Faecal Egg Counts but this is not practical for many people to undertake.
