Terms & Conditions - 2020 vet-n-pet DIRECT / Hairypants Photography 'Pamper your Pet' Giveaway

1. This promotion is conducted by vet-n-pet DIRECT Pty Ltd,  ABN76 851 238 708, trading as vet-n-pet DIRECT of 10 Paul Court, Jimboomba, QLD 4280 (“Promoter”) in conjunction with Hairypants Photography.
2. Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entry into the Promotion and eligibility for prizes is only open to Queensland residents aged 18 or over. Eligible entrants will need to be able to travel to a location agreed upon by both parties within the Brisbane region at their own expense for the photography session with Hairypants Photography.
4. First prize for the winning entry is valued at $2150 and consists of one (1) x $150 vet-n-pet DIRECT Gift Voucher plus a $1900 Photography Experience with Hairypants Photography which includes: Photography Session, Full Set of High Resolution Digital Files and 1 x 20x30 inch wall art. Ten (10) x Runners up Prizes are valued at $210 each and consist of 1 x $25 vet-n-pet DIRECT Gift Voucher plus a $185 Hairypants Photography Voucher which includes Photography Session and $150 Artwork Credit. Prizes are not transferable and cash alternatives will not be available. 
5. All entries must be received during the entry period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in the promotion website or other associated sites or technologies. Entries including false details will be disregarded as will any that are automated or mechanically made. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry on reasonable grounds, and all such decisions will be final and not subject to appeal.
6. Employees and their immediate families of vet-n-pet DIRECT and the companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
7. The competition will be conducted between 02/10/2020 and 18/10/2020.
8. Draw Details: Entries close at midnight on 18/10/2020. The winners will be chosen Tuesday 20th October 2020 by Kelly at Hairypants Photography and will be notified in writing by email within three (3) business days of the draw.
9. The prize winners’ names will be announced on the Promotion Page after they have confirmed their win. If you are a prize winner, simply follow the instructions provided with notification of your prize.
10. This is a game of chance, with winners drawn at random from all entries received and verified by Promoter.
11. By submitting information for an entry each entrant agrees that their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by The Promoters for the purposes of administering the competition, and may be used for future promotional or marketing materials from the Promoters. Individuals may unsubscribe at any time.
12. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
