We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee (less shipping costs) provided the goods are returned in a saleable condition (no pet hair please!) and are unused, in the original undamaged box including all original packing and inclusions.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of AUD$10 or 15% (whichever is the greater) and replacement cost, or refuse the return of items that are returned incomplete or damaged in any way.
Items can be returned to vet-n-pet Direct free of shipping charges (Australian customers only) provided you have made contact with us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number and received return postage instructions from us. International customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Unless faulty, all Clearance items are Non-Returnable, so please pay careful attention when ordering these items.
All goods returned to vet-n-pet Direct will be inspected upon their return and in the case of faulty products, a replacement product will be sent at the expense of vet-n-pet Direct or a refund issued according to the customers instructions.
In the case of non-faulty goods returned to vet-n-pet Direct, we reserve the right to deduct the standard restocking fee from any refund issued, or to return the goods to the customer at the customers expense.
