Peanut Butter Flour, Dates, Bovine Collagen, Diced Cashews, Desiccated Coconut, Diced Almonds, Dark Carob Powder, Natural Flavour, Maple Syrup Powder
Peanut Butter Flour, Dates, Bovine Collagen, Diced Cashews, Desiccated Coconut, Diced Almonds, Dark Carob Powder, Natural Flavour, Maple Syrup Powder
1. Place the entire pack of this powder bag into a mixing bowl
2. Pour 20mL Coconut oil or MCT oil over the rum ball powder
3. Slowly mix both ingredients together using your fingers (pinching it as your pour the coconut oil over the powder). They should feel a bit crumbly.
4. Once the ingredients are bound, take a small amount of the mixture and squeeze gently in your palms. Roll into a ball (bag makes approximately 15 rum balls).
5. If you are feeling creative, once finished, roll each ball in desiccated coconut.
