Items can be returned to vet-n-pet Direct free of shipping charges (Australian customers only) provided you have made contact with us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number and received return postage instructions from us. The Happy Sack itself is a recycled cotton calico bag printed with a cute little doggy motif that measures 30cm x 40cm and is handy to pop your puppies toys away in when playtime is over. This way the toys stay fun for longer, rather than leaving them out all of the time where they can tend to get a bit bored of seeing them constantly.
