Anitone is an Australian made, natural organic liquid mineral and trace element feed supplement for all animals. Anitone provides over 60 minerals and trace elements in a highly bioavailable, chelated form to supplement the diets of all domestic animals.
Why Anitone?
Anitone is the only liquid animal supplement available on the market for animal production with such a comprehensive range of ingredients, containing not only essential minerals, but also amino acids, and Vitamins A, D and Vitamin E.
Anitone is the only feed supplement on the market that is fermented in a process that mimics natural digestive processes, and is therefore highly palatable and relished by most animals.
How is Anitone made?
Anitone is derived from a careful manufacturing process that involves the fermentation of mineral rich plant extracts together with common stockfeed ingredients, such as molasses. This fermentation process enhances the value of all the ingredients contained in Anitone, and elevates it from a regular stock feed supplement to a "super food".
Vitamins and minerals that have been absorbed into plants form complex molecules called "phytocomplexes". These complicated natural substances cannot be reproduced in a laboratory and are becoming increasingly recognized as superior dietary sources of many nutrients. As the fermentation process used in making Anitone mimics digestion, the vitamins and minerals it contains thus become highly bioavailable to gut microflora immediately after dosing over the tongue, or mixing in feed or water.
There are over 60 minerals contained in Anitone, along with good levels of Vitamin A, D and E, plus a range of amino acids essential for growth and metabolism. In addition, Anitone provides a wide variety of plant origin volatile oils, chlorophyll, sterols, growth factors, alginates, humic and fulvic acids, vitamins and trace minerals, including many trace minerals such as selenium, zinc, iron, copper, cobalt, zinc, chromium, boron, manganese, nickel, vanadium – some of these more obscure elements are being proven by modern research to have emerging roles in maintaining peak metabolic function.
Most of these nutrients are also fundamental to maintaining healthy gut microflora, which perform the real work of digestion for the animal.
Many of these nutrients may be missing from modern diets, especially when they contain processed food, or from marginal pastures during harsh seasons, or may easily become depleted in times of stress and high physical demand.
The addition of Anitone to any animal production operation therefore ensures that animals gain maximum benefit from their daily food due to its supportive effect on gut microflora. However Anitone is a truly multi-tasking product because it can also be used in a bolus dose down the throat to revive a depressed or weakened animal, or to change mental attitude and enable the animal to cope with stress. For this reason, Anitone is a very useful product for animal owners to use to buffer the stress of the transport journey itself, or period of travelling away from home to competitions or sales.
How to Use Anitone:
Anitone is highly water soluble, and is designed for oral use which can be in a variety of ways to suit many operations.
- May be used as an oral drench and mixes well with most water soluble commercial drenches and will not damage drench gun rubbers, animal's mouths or human skin as it is a completely natural product.
- May be poured over feed rations, or mixed through them – either pour over the total ration (calculate per head dose or use at 5% ration), or can be poured or sprayed onto hay, or sprayed over grain via a grain applicator, (standard rate to spray into grain of 10 litres liquid per ton, using 5 litres Anitone mixed with 5 litres water)
- May be added to drinking water wherever there is good flow through watering systems, and may be added to overhead tanks or distributed into sheds and troughs, providing water is not allowed to become stagnant. If added to drinking water, use at rate of 2%, or calculate dose per head according to known water consumption.
- Is useful as a single shotgun dose if not convenient to give regularly, but works best when adapted to frequent and regular doses, at least once or twice weekly if possible. May also be given daily to show and performance animals, or animals that are in recovery or subjected to repeatedly stressful conditions.
NOTE: 20L size available only for pickup from our Jimboomba warehouse.

L-lysine is an essential amino-acid not synthesized by animals, and must be supplemented to correct deficiencies.
L-lysine supplementation is reported to reduce symptoms of FHV-1 virus in cats and kittens.
An Australian study of respiratory diseases in cats reported 21.2% positive for FHV-1.
Published reports on L-lysine supplementation in cats and kittens:
Oral administration of 500 mg L-lysine twice daily was well-tolerated and resulted in less severe manifestations of conjunctivitis caused by FHV-1 compared with cats that received placebo treatment.
L-lysine at 250 mg twice daily reduced viral shedding. Although there is a lack of controlled studies, it is believed this dose of L-lysine helps reduce chronic and recurrent clinical symptoms of FHV-1.
For symptoms of FHV-1 L-lysine 500 mg, orally 12 hours is recommended.

Lysine is an essential amino acid that plays an important role in the overall health and well-being of cats. It is commonly used as a dietary supplement for cats, particularly in situations where they may be at risk of or experiencing certain health conditions. Here are a few reasons why lysine supplementation may be beneficial for cats or kittens:
1. Feline Herpesvirus (FHV) Infection: Lysine is often recommended for cats with feline herpesvirus, also known as feline viral rhinotracheitis (FVR). FHV s a common respiratory infection in cats that can cause symptoms such as sneezing, nasal discharge, and eye inflammation. Lysine is believed to inhibit the replication of the virus and help reduce the severity and duration of symptoms.
2. Immune System Support: Lysine is essential to produce antibodies, enzymes, and hormones, which are vital for a strong immune system. Supplementing with lysine can help support the immune system of cats, making them more resistant to infections and diseases.
3. Stressful Situations: Cats may experience stressful situations such as moving to a new home, introduction to a new pet, or changes in their environment. Stress can weaken the immune system and make cats more susceptible to infections. Lysine supplementation during these times may help support their immune system and prevent flare-ups of underlying health conditions.
4. Growth and Development: Kittens require adequate amounts of lysine for healthy growth and development. Lysine is necessary for proper bone growth, tissue repair, and the production of collagen. Providing lysine to kittens can support their overall development and help ensure they grow into healthy adult cats.
It's important to note that while lysine can be beneficial in certain situations, it's always recommended to consult with a veterinarian before starting any dietary supplement for your cat or kitten. They can provide specific advice based on your pet's individual needs and health condition.

Calcium supplementation may not be required for your pet depending on their daily diet and other health needs. The attached DIRECTIONS are only a guide. It is recommended consulting your veterinarian before using this product.
Why would I use VETSENSE CALCIUM SYRUP for my puppy or dog?
GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT: Calcium is essential for the development of strong bones and teeth, particularly during the early stages of a puppy's life.
PREGNANT AND LACTATING DOGS have increased calcium requirements to support the development of puppies and milk production.
Calcium supplements may be recommended to meet these increased needs.
IMBALANCED DIET: If your dog's diet is deficient in calcium or has an imbalanced calcium-to-phosphorus ratio, a calcium supplement may be suggested to maintain optimal nutrient balance.
LARGER DOG BREEDS have a higher risk of developmental orthopaedic diseases, such as hip dysplasia. Calcium supplementation may be recommended to support healthy bone growth in these breeds.
Why would I use VETSENSE CALCIUM SYRUP for my kitten or cat?
GENERAL HEALTH DISORDERS relating to certain forms of kidney issues may require calcium supplementation. This should only be done under the guidance of a
veterinarian.
HOMEMADE DIETS: If you prepare homemade diets for your cat, it's crucial to ensure that the diet is nutritionally balanced, including appropriate levels of calcium.
A veterinarian or veterinary nutritionist can help formulate a balanced diet and determine if calcium supplementation is necessary.
LACTATING QUEENS (MOTHER CATS) have increased calcium requirements to support milk production. In some cases, calcium supplementation may be recommended to prevent calcium deficiency during this period.

Denamarin is a liver supplement for dogs and cats containing S-Adenosylmethionine (SAMe) and silybin.
When liver function is compromised, the exact cause can often be difficult to determine. Supporting the liver, regardless of the cause, is essential to keep it working properly.
Liver support:
Administering SAMe (S-Adenosylmethionine), which is found in Denamarin, has been shown to markedly increase liver levels of glutathione, an important compound for liver health formed when SAMe is metabolized. The SAMe in Denamarin has also been shown to help protect liver cells from cell death and may help cell repair and regeneration.
Denamarin also helps support your pet's liver through the administration of SILYBIN. SILYBIN is an active part of an extract from milk thistle, known as silymarin, and has been shown to support liver function by helping maintain a healthy oxidative balance.
Brain functionWhile best known for supporting the liver in dogs and cats, research has shown that the S-Adenosylmethionine (SAMe) in Denamarin may help support cognitive function in dogs. Denamarin provides SAMe in a stabilized form to help with brain health and act as a neuroprotector. Denamarin also provides a bioavailable form of silybin which supports oxidative balance.
Denamarin has no known serious side-effects. Your veterinarian can evaluate the length of support needed through follow-up examinations, blood work, and/or other laboratory work. At home, watch for a response in your pet's attitude, appetite, and activity level.
Administration:
For optimal absorption, tablets should be given on an empty stomach, at least one hour before feeding, as the presence of food decreases the absorption of S-Adenosylmethionine. For those owners who have difficulty administering tablets to their pets, Denamarin tablet(s) may be disguised in a small bite of food. If the pet is to receive more than one tablet daily, the total number of tablets may be divided between morning and evening for ease of administration. For example, a daily administration of three tablets could be divided into two tablets in the morning and one tablet in the evening
Studies have shown that, in many cases, tablets or capsules given as a "dry swallow" do not pass into the stomach in cats but may become lodged in the esophagus. It is recommended for pet owners to administer 3-6 cc of water immediately following any tablet administration to speed passage of the tablet into the stomach.
Denamarin for Cats and Small Dogs tablets are ideal for cats because of their small size.
Dosage:
| Body Weight | Number of tablets/day |
| Up to 5.5kg | 1 |
| Over 5.5kg | 1 twice daily |
PACK SIZE: 30 tablets

Vetnex Seaweed Calcium Bites (Beef Liver) for Dogs & Cats 120g (90 bites) is a premium quality calcium supplement which can be used to help build and maintain strong and healthy bones, muscles and teeth in dogs and cats. The product is formulated with a unique, highly bioavailable, plant-based, natural calcium sourced from calcareous marine algae (Lithothamnium sp.) available in the pristine waters of the North Atlantic Ocean.
The product is a tasty bite with natural beef liver flavour which can be given as a daily treat, offering a natural solution for to obtain sufficient amounts of calcium for the bone health of your dog or cat.
Vetnex Seaweed Calcium Bite is a great alternative solution when your pet is not into powder form of calcium products or if you simply like to have an easy-go feeding of your pets. It is a great choice for picky pets and busy owners.
Calcium is the essential mineral for the development and maintenance of strong bones and teeth in animals, it also helps muscles, nerves, heart and other body systems work properly. Calcium can not be made by the body itself and it has to come from diets (foods or supplements). When calcium intake from diets is not enough, the body will undergo resorption process to use the stored calcium in its bone to function those essential biological functions, and this may lead to problems such as weak bones and impact the animal’s ability to work, run or sit comfortably.
Good quality and adequate amount of calcium intake is important for both adult and young animals, in particular, when they are in these situations:
- Pets on home-made diets or raw diets.
- Growing puppies or kittens.
- Old pets.
- Pregnant or lactating animals.
- Pets with health conditions impacting calcium absorption and/or metabolism (You must discuss with your veterinarian for the conditions and treatment options in this situation).
