Capstar Tablets 6's - Fast acting knock down of Adult Fleas

This would have to be the fastest way to kill fleas on dogs and cats there is. If you keep the animal in a flea free environment, it is also the best value for money flea treatment. Best used 24 hours before a long acting flea treatment.

Product made my dog itch constantly for 24hrs, with no relief at all only agrivated the fleas on her, now I need to buy another product to try and give her some relief, complete waste if time and my money

I have 2 older cats (13 and 14yo) and am very careful what I give them. One cat is allergic to fleas so when he does get them I need to act fast. Capstar is really effective at providing instant relief and doesn't seem to have any side effects, I just wish it lasted longer as both cats really hate the spot on treatments and unless things are desperate I try to avoid giving them.

Easier to use than the vials - just pop it in their mouth and it's done. No side effects.

We use the product to kill off the fleas on the cat prior to using revolution on a monthly basis. Cat stops scratching within the hour after taking the tablet. Best product on the market, recommended by the vet.

I only use this product during the summer months in conjunction with Sentinel and have never found a flea on either of my dogs.

I own 3 cats and a beagle so sometimes finding things that aren't too costly but work at the same time is quite hard. These are a small tablets so is easy to put in their mouth. It works well in killing fleas, I also bathed them in a flea shampoo to kill of the eggs and there are no fleas present anymore. My cat is allergic to fleas so this being fast acting is fantastic.

An effective product which I've used before

Product reliable as usual. I have a cat allergic to fleas who once bitten scratches herself raw. This product works providing you keep at it. The service from vet -n-pet was excellent as usual

Took two tabs to bring a flea plague under control. We use it with Sentinal Spectrum and Preventic collars for total protection.Great service as always.

I bought this thinking it would be similar to Comfortis however, I see that it should be used in conjunction with frontline or other flea products. Therefore i don't really understand the point of this product. It did not work for me..sorry !

I use this product on my dogs as a back up during the summer months as well as their monthly dose of Sentinel. No fleas ever sighted.

I agree this product is great. I use in-conjunction with Frontline - and other topical flea products on my two very hairy, outdoor cats (ie prone to the odd flea!). I just give once a month.

An effective and easy way to kill those little critters. I coat the tablet in peanut butter and my border collie gobbles them up! I also dose each visiting dog when it stays at my home...to protect us all

This product worked really good! I put frontline on my dog aswell as giving her one of these tablets, and she hasnt had fleas since! The day after giving her this tablet the fleas were gone.

We have had many months of warm weather and rain. Fleas have been a real problem for our Jack Russel. Capstar acts within hours and gave him a number of days of relief when other washes and liquid-spot products had failed.

Capstar saved the day when my maltese got a flea on her. She is allergic to fleas, and Capstar killed it immediately.

brilliant item used with program injection for cats. My cat had an instant allergic reaction to a topical so this is a perfect, far safer choice, recommend..

Works fantastically well on my cat. First time for a long time that he has been fully happy. Helps make him playfull too - No more scratching - definately be using this product in the future!

We have been using CAPSTAR for years and always find it kills fleas quickly, used in conbination with Frontline, you can't beat it. Service is always great.

Good for instant results. Only kills adult fleas at the time so may need to take another the next day.

Great "stuff" !! I don't trust the topical products (re. side effects), so Capstar is the way to go.
