Directions for Use

For intestinal worms: One chew treats 10kg. It is essential to weigh dogs before treatment. Fasting prior to dosing is not necessary. Administer the dog’s correct dose by mouth. Most dogs will eat Drontal® chews as a tasty treat. If worm problems persist consult a veterinarian.

Advice & Care

Easy to give, feed your dog a tasty chew every 3 months from 6 months of age, or start of each season to protect against roundworm, hookworm, whipworm and tapeworm. Keep out of sight and reach of children and store in a dry place at room temperature. The recommended amount should be given in one dose.

With huge confidence and ease of administering I can't speak more highly of this product.. 'Jala' a 11 year old labrador has no issues chewing this three monthly chew.. I always have a treat to follow immediately as she ingests the chew, but i find it so simple and with certainly no fuss..

ALWAYS USE THIS PRODUCT

We use this product for our Border Collies. We add it to their food. One dog syphons his food and probably never notices the additional content in his meal. The other dog is hard to trick and sometimes leaves bits of the chew ( we break the chews up into smaller pieces). Yes, we have tried giving as a "treat" but the picky dog refuses to take any part in consuming the product in its original state. Product appears to work well - our dogs have not had any worm infestations.

Was an easy product to use

This product is meant to be a chewable all wormer. My dogs do not eat it. I have to give like I do tablets and hide in the food. This product was once eaten easily by my dogs. The recipe has possibly changed and it's not palatable any more.

A GREAT product, easy to use, easy to give and very effective. I used to use the normal pills and my dog would take them (if I flicked them down her throat) but with these after the 1st time (when she chewed one into little pieces many of which were left on the floor, the 2nd one I cut into slices and she took them no problem, now she just takes them as treats.
