• Helps correct low sodium and chloride levels in common feeds – contains glucose to provide energy for sodium uptake.
• Provides high levels of potassium to offset slow uptake from feeds.
• Contains increased levels of magnesium to supplement poor availability from most feeds.
• Potassium and magnesium salts are coated with highly refined, stabilised vegetable oil to help extend their release and uptake - also helps to reduce dust and the "salty" taste.
• Palatable, low dust formulation.
• Note: Cell-Salts do not contain BICARBONATE as it is not an essential feed salt.

Kohnke's Own Cell-Perform is designed to give dressage, show-jumping or eventing horses the vitamins and trace-minerals they need to train and perform to their best!

Cell-Perform contains a balanced, comprehensive base of vitamins and trace-minerals, with added bone minerals for the support of bone density in competition horses.  It includes extra organic selenium and vitamin E as antioxidants for muscle function and recovery when training and competing regularly and additional iron (chelated for safety) for blood replenishment after strenuous exercise.

These special micro-nutrients help to promote stamina, strength, robust movement and impulsion, so competition horses can step up to the next level and meet the demands of dressage, show-jumping, eventing or other competitive horse disciplines.

Cell-Perform contributes bone minerals and trace-minerals, many in organic or 'chelated' form, including additional organic selenium, chromium and iron, as well as a full range of stability protected vitamins, which have essential roles in metabolic function during exercise.

Each Supplet pellet in the 5 Supplet blend contains only compatible nutrient groups to help maintain optimum potency and benefit, eliminating sift-out, dust and sludging in the feed, or blow away from outdoor feed tubs, which is a problem with powders and liquids.

SIZES:    1.4kg;   4kg;   10kg

Handy Hint: Cell-Perform™ is a suitable to make up shortfalls in the diet where the full recommended amount of prepared feed is not fed and additional grains, such as oats, barley or corn, are added to boost energy levels. As a guideline, for every extra 1kg of grain added, add 15g (1/3 scoopful) of Cell-Perform™. Use half of this dose for competition ponies (250-300kg body)

Equitec Pro Flex is a broad spectrum joint food essential for maintaining healthy cartilage, ligaments, tendons and bones.

Glucosamine is found in tendons, ligaments, synovial fluid, mucus membranes, and several structures in the eye, blood vessels and heart valves.

Methionine is a sulphur bearing amino acid and is converted to an important component of connective tissue.

S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) has been used in clinic applications for the treatment of osteoarthritis. Unfortunately SAM is expensive, however, its precursors are not.

Methionine is a catalyst and aids in the administration of niacin amide and metabolism of glucosamine. Lysine is an amino acid that when hydroxylated by Vitamin C, is extremely important in the structure of cartilage tissue, and protein synthesis.

Proline is the amino acid that supplies the bend in the peptide chains for collagen's characteristic triple helix structure.

Zinc Amino Chelate- Zinc is required for over 70 different enzymes to function.

In this instance Zinc is used in the hydrolysis and cross linking needed for collagen formation. Zinc deficient animals have been shown to have impaired epiphysial cartilage and collagen development.

Copper Amino Chelate- Copper works in this case as a co-enzyme important for the formation of the disulfide bonds characteristic in collagen structure.

Manganese Amino Chelate- Manganese is important in this formula with its activation of enzymes needed for the binding of glucose to the other molecules that form cartilage.

Vitamin C is an essential element for the formulation of the hydroxyl groups needed in cartilage synthesis. Vitamin C deficiency results in a depressed immune system and reduced production of collagen – the protein based structure element in tendons and ligaments.

Citrus Bioflavonoid – anti-oxidant protection to mitigate free radical activity, which occurs as a result of cartilage degradation.

Niacinamide plays an important role in the anti-inflammatory response of joints to stress. It also interrupts the production of intracellular adhesion molecules.

PRO-FLEX is not a drug and is completely safe and non toxic. It may be administered even on competition day.

PRO-FLEX IS NOT a quick fix.

After a few days the horse may show some improvement however, this does not mean the horse has been cured, and administration of the product should be continued.

Same trusted and proven Mitavite in a new look – exclusive to Mitavite and Hygain!

Bonafide contains Quinaquanone, a patented, water soluble and bioavailable form of Vitamin K1 and K2.
Vitamin K1 & K2 have a critical effect on the function of osteocalcin, the bone protein that binds the mineral and protein in the bone together. Without sufficient Vitamin K the binding process is incomplete and low density or defective bone and cartilage are produced.

Vitamin K1 & K2 are naturally available in fresh, growing, green pasture but they are highly unstable, being degraded by UV light, wilting or 'wintering off'.
Horses that do not have constant access to high quality pasture are likely to be deficient in Vitamin K, leading to a reduction in bone density and strength.

Horses removed from Vitamin K rich pasture and brought into a box/yard regime have demonstrated a reduction in bone density within 7-10 days.

Hygain Hoofgain is a unique, pelleted blend of essential vitamins, minerals & fatty acids to support hoof integrity and coat condition .

Hygain Hoofgain is a safe and comprehensive hoof supplement for horses. This formula provides critical minerals that your horse can't produce on its own - in addition to other crucial vitamins.

Contains:
Biotin: A vital co-enzyme to assist in the forming of Keratin from key amino acids.
Methionine: A primary sulphur bearing amino acid that along with cysteine (which Methionine can synthesize) are essential ingredients in Keratin. Methionine must be provided in increased levels where hoof growth is desired.
Zinc: Key mineral in hoof and coat health. Hoof quality will often suffer where Zinc supply is marginal.
Vitamin A: One of the carotenoids essential to all keratinized tissue. Supplementation particularly essential for horses not on high quality fresh pasture.
Vitamin E: Benefits of Vitamin E as an antioxidant are well documented and is also an essential nutrient for renewal of keratin.
Omega 3 Fatty Acids: Essential nutrient in the formation of supple and strong membranes including hoof wall microtubules and laminae.
Iodine: Deficiency in this mineral often causes poor coat and hoof quality.

Ingredients:
Alfalfa (Lucerne) meal, vegetable oil, vitamin A, vitamin E, methionine, biotin, zinc & iodine

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Some horses have difficulty maintaining condition which can be related to stresses of work load, stabling, traveling, competing, adjusting to new conditions, seasonal changes in pastures or simple adjustments to feed. It is with these stresses in mind that TuffRock as developed Conditioner Plus to complement balanced feed programs, guarding against toxin overloads and reducing supplement usage by supporting a horse's normal physiology.

Active Composition: Blended natural sodium/potassium/calcium alumino-silicates. Kaolin, halloysite, sodium bentonite, feldspar and water.

Bio available silicon is an essential elemental mineral for horses which is essential to the process of adding calcium for hardness to the bone, plus supporting collagen generation.

Collagen is the tough connective tissue that binds everything together eg cartilage, tendons, ligament, joints, muscles etc. and gives bones flexibility.

Tuffrock's technology converts natural complex alumino-silicates into bioavailable silicon. This means the acidic part of the digestive process can covert the silicon element into monosilicic acid. In this form, absorption becomes possible across the intestinal wall to become a source of some of the world's purest bio available silicon, an essential elemental mineral for horses. Bioavailable silicon works by chemically binding the structures of surface tissues and those that connect the bones.

Hygain Performa 3

Hygain Performa 3 is a premium omega oil supplement formulated to provide horses with a balanced source of Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. Combining flaxseed oil, canola oil, fish oil and garlic, Performa 3 delivers both plant and marine sources of essential fatty acids to support overall health, condition and performance.

Unlike many plant-based omega supplements, Performa 3 contains fish oil, providing the important long-chain Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in a form that can be readily utilised by the horse.

Key Benefits

• Provides a rich source of Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids.
• Contains the three critical Omega 3 fatty acids: ALA, EPA and DHA.
• Supports healthy skin and coat condition.
• Helps maintain overall wellbeing and body condition.
• Provides a cool source of calories for horses requiring additional dietary energy.
• Highly palatable with added garlic.
• Suitable for horses in work, breeding stock and pleasure horses.

Why Omega 3 Fatty Acids Matter

Omega 3 fatty acids cannot be produced by the horse and must be supplied through the diet. Modern equine diets can often contain higher levels of Omega 6 fatty acids than Omega 3, particularly where horses have limited access to fresh pasture.

Performa 3 helps provide a more balanced fatty acid profile by supplying Omega 3-rich oils together with naturally occurring EPA and DHA from fish oil.

Ingredients

• Flaxseed (Linseed) Oil
• Canola Oil
• Fish Oil
• Garlic

Suitable For

• Performance horses
• Racehorses
• Breeding horses and stallions
• Show horses
• Horses requiring additional condition
• Horses requiring additional dietary fat without high starch levels

Feeding Guide

Commence feeding at 25–30 mL per day and gradually increase over 10–14 days to the recommended feeding rate.

Hi Form TopLine provides a natural way to achieve top line in just six weeks, gaining that performance advantage you need to win.

TopLine contains amino acids including L-Arginine. Excellent for horses with a poor appetite or in a run down condition.

TopLine DOES NOT contain whey powder, which is used in almost all muscle building products for humans and horses. Whey protein is the protein that is derived from whey, which is a by-product of the cheese made from cow's milk!

Horses are herbivores, whey may acceptable for humans, but I do not feel comfortable feeding it to horses. Human studies published in Nov 2011 stated whey protein may affect glucose metabolism and muscle protein synthesis. However, the evidence for a clinical efficacy is not strong enough to make final recommendations with respect to a specific dose and the duration of supplementation. Other supporting amino acids, herbs, specific B-Group vitamins and trace elements work extremely powerfully in a synergistic way.

TopLine does NOT contain FISH products or other by-products which are totally unsuitable for herbivores!
