Seresto Flea and Tick Collar for Dogs over 8kg provides 8 months continuous protection for dogs from fleas and 4 months from ticks in one easy application. Seresto collars also protects your dog against lice.
The active ingredients in Seresto collars are specially formulated for steady, dose-adjusted release that spreads over your dog, remaining in the fatty layer of the skin and coat, where they are effective against fleas and ticks all season long. Best of all, fleas don't have to bite your dog to be affected, so your pet suffers less of those painful flea bites. The collars also effectively repels and kills ticks, preventing them from attaching and feeding from your dog.
Seresto collars contain two active ingredients, Imidacloprid and Flumethrin. Each collar contains 100mg/g of Imidacloprid and 45mg/g of Flumethrin to kill ticks and fleas.
The Seresto collars start providing protection within 2 hours of protection. Existing fleas will be killed within the first 24 hours of use and existing ticks within 6 hours of use.
The Seresto Flea for Dogs is effective for preventing flea and tick infestations for up to eight months. The collar doesn’t loose effectiveness over the eight months.
Seresto collars are safe to use in puppies 7 weeks of age and older. When applying the collar, make sure it is neither too tight nor too loose. Ideally two fingers fit between the collar and your dog’s neck to ensure comfort and security.
Seresto is water-resistant and will still be effective if you dog goes swimming or is exposed to rain.
