Used by professional horsemen in Australia for half a century, signs like thick, cloudy, smelly urine or puffy hind legs mean it's time to bring out KA Cleans and Flushes. Horsemen also know that like any filter, kidneys function better when clean. It is not necessary to use KA Cleans and Flushes every day, mainly after fast work or racing.
KA Cleans and Flushes assists the blood clearing action of kidneys by increasing the volume and flow of urine. A reliable diuretic action removes toxins from the body by stimulating thirst and increasing the volume of urine passed. It acts to flush the body of harmful compounds accumulated during exercise.
As an antiseptic, it acts by effectively cleansing the urinary tract to reduce the risk of low grade bladder infection cystitis. Thus, KA Cleans and Flushes assists in promoting the action of the kidney, helping to increase urinary flow to eliminate problems such as oedema of the lower limbs which often occurs in horses on high grain diets after hard work or racing.
KA Cleans and Flushes is a palatable mixture suitable for addition to the feeds of racehorses, endurance horses, all classes of competition horses and as a means to reducing fluid build-up in mares heavy in foal.
KA Cleans and Flushes is a handy product to have in the kennels at all times to regularly flush the system of racing greyhounds, especially bitches prone to cystitis or bladder infection, or greyhounds on high dry food diets that result in increased risk of urinary crystals.

Ausmectin Sheep Drench is a Broad Spectrum oral antiparasitic solution for control and treatment of ivermectin sensitive internal parasites including roundworms, nasal bot and itchmite of sheep.
AUSMECTIN SHEEP DRENCH contains ivermectin, a member of the macrocyclic lactone class of chemicals, which has a unique mode of action. It acts selectively in invertebrate nerve and muscle cells resulting in paralysis and death of the parasite. Therefore, AUSMECTIN SHEEP DRENCH has been used for the control and treatment of ivermectin-sensitive gastrointestinal roundworms in sheep, including benzimidazole, levamisole and morantel resistant strains of Haemonchus contortus (Barber's Pole Worm), Ostertagia circumcincta and Trichostrongylus colubriformis. It is also effective against lungworm (Dictyocaulus filaria), itchmite (Psorergates ovis) and all parasitic larval stages of nasal bot (Oestrus ovis) in sheep. Ivermectin has a long intrinsic half-life, which provides excellent residual protection against parasitic reinfestation for a varying period depending on the target parasite.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Administer orally using any standard drenching equipment or any equipment that provides a consistent dose volume. Dose and equipment should be checked before drenching commences.
The dose rate is 1 mL per each 4 kg bodyweight.

How Does Sootha Work?
Scientific literature indicates that deficiencies of B-group vitamins and magnesium can lead to symptoms including excitability, muscular twitching, diarrhoea and muscle stiffness. Vitamin B6 deficiencies have been reported to produce neurological abnormalities resembling epilepsy. Feeding these nutrients to horses helps restore normal nervous function and produce a soothing effect.
Tryptophan has also been shown to be effective as a mood stabiliser, particularly in conjunction with magnesium and vitamin B6. Even horses whose diets do not lack these nutrients may show reduced symptoms of stress when their diets are supplemented with SOOTHA NERVES & STRESS.
Stress has an immediate effect on horses' intestines, increasing the rate food passes through, reducing the ability to digest food and leaving the gut more susceptible to infection by harmful bacteria (which often cause scouring and diarrhoea). SOOTHA NERVES & STRESS contains ProN8ure (formerly known as Protexin) which floods the intestine with millions of beneficial gut bacteria to restore the correct balance while countering harmful pathogenic organisms.
SOOTHA NERVES & STRESS works to overcome both the causes and effects of stress in horses, helping to correct behavioural problems which can prevent horses reaching their full potential.
