Abantel Broad Spectrum Wormer for Dogs is a cost effective broad spectrum wormer.
Abantel is for the treatment and control of roundworms (Toxocara spp, Toxascaris leonina), hookworms (Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma spp), whipworrns (Trichuris vulpis) and adult tapeworms (Taenia spp, Dipylidium caninum, Spirometra erinacei and Echinococcus granulosus), in dogs.

This product does not control heartworm.
Active Constituents:
Each tablet contains: 545mg Oxantel Ebonite; 140mg Pyrantel Ebonite; , and 50mg Praziquantel
Dosage and Administration:
Can be administered directly into the mouth or crushed and mixed with the feed.
1 tablet per 10kg bodyweight. Dogs up to 5kg should be given half (1/2) a tablet. For oral use only.

General Directions:
Roundworms & Hookworms: Treat at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks - thereafter every 3 months.
Whipworms: Treat every 6-8 weeks after 3 months of age.
Hydatid Tapeworm: Dog should not be fed, or allowed to feed on, offal from any species. Dogs in hydatid areas should be treated every 6 weeks.
Other Tapeworms: Treat every 3months.
Pregnant Bitches: Treat at mating, before whelping and then every 3 months.
For Dipylidium treatment adequate flea control should be maintained all year around.
