Vetsense Poultry Range

Kilverm is for use in the treatment of sensitive strains of roundworm in pigs and poultry.

Kilverm is easy to administer, just add to feed for pigs and drinking water for poultry.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

PIGS: Oral drench, 1mL/2kg (5mL/10kg) liveweight. Target parasites for pigs include large roundworms, stomach worm, nodule worm, lung worm and mature kidney worm. DO NOT USE less than 3 days before slaughter for human consumption.

POULTRY: 100mL/2L of water, if treating roundworm only 100mL/3L of water. Target parasites for poultry include large roundworms, caecal worm, hairworm.

SIZES: 125ml, 500mL, 2.5L

Vetsense Avi-VITAL is a multi vitamin, mineral, amino acid and prebiotic supplement for use during periods of reduced feed intake and to supplement feed lacking adequate nutrient levels.

The addition of oligosaccharides prebiotic improves gut health by fostering the growth of good bacteria which assist the digestion process and therefore the absorption of nutrients.

Rate of Use:
4mL/bird with 500mL of clean drinkig water per 2kg of bodyweight.
Give every second day or daily if bird is under stress or convalescing.

Please note this product can be consumed neat, please follow direct dose rate of 4mL per 2kg body weight.

This product is also applicable for Birds. Same rate of use applies based on 2mL per 1kg body weight.

Vetsense Avi-LYTE is a liquid electrolyte to provide energy and replace electrolytes lost during periods of stress.

Common stress factors are

• very hot days
• illness
• transportation
• vaccination.

It is also shown that, mixed with a Calcium supplement, it can improve eggshell quality, in particular during the hotter months (greater than 25 degrees Celsius).

Directions for Use:
Use 4mL per 2kg body weight, in 500mL of water for each bird. Give daily during very hot weather and whenever  stress is caused.

Vetsense Cocciprol is for the prevention and treatment of Coccidiosis in chickens (broilers, broiler breeders, replacement pullets), turkeys, ducks and pigeons.

Vetsense Cocciprol is administered through the drinking water as an aid in the prevention of economically important strains of coccidiosis including E.Tenella, E.Necatrix and most strains of E.Acervulina.

Cocciprol Features:

• Easily mixed into daily drinking water
• Can be used both as preventative and as treatment

NIL WITHHOLDING PERIOD for eggs or meat

Active Ingredient:   200g/kg Amprolium

Directions for Use:
Using the teaspoon provided (1 level tsp = 3g, 1 rounded tsp = 5g)

Prevention dosage
Larger Flocks: 5g in 4L of drinking water
Smaller Flocks: 2.5g (half rounded tsp) in 2L of drinking water
Administer for 24 hours every fourth day during periods of likely infection. This action helps to control the coccidia by interrupting the life cycle and encourages immunity to develop.

Treatment dosage
Stage 1
Larger Flocks: 5g in 4L of drinking water.
Smaller Flocks: 2.5g (half rounded tsp) in 2L of drinking water.
Administer continuously for 5 to 7 days.

Stage 2
After the initial treatment period, lower the dose rate as per below for another 5 to 7 days.
Larger Flocks: 3g in 4L of drinking water
Smaller Flocks: 1.5g (half level tsp) in 2L of drinking water
This gradual reduction in the level of treatment assists the birds to develop immunity while maintaining some level of protection.

Administration:
Premix the amount required into ½ litre of water first and when completely dissolved add to drinking water, mixing thoroughly. Example: Mix 5g of Cocciprol into ½ litre of water then add the remaining 3.5L of water to make up the required 4L solution.
A FRESH SOLUTION SHOULD BE PREPARED DAILY.

Warnings:
Continual overdosing will lead to birds losing muscle condition and strength. Signs of this include twisted necks and lameness.
Do not administer B group vitamins whilst treating with Cocciprol.

COOP Clean is a ready-to-use spray formulated to remove unwanted odours as well as acting as a sanitizer for general use in and around poultry coops and bird aviaries.

Directions for Use: Firstly remove your chickens and/or birds from their environment. With gloves on, take all the removable items such as feeders, drinkers, perches and nesting boxes out of the enclosure and put to one side. Remove all contaminated bedding and debris (faeces, old food, dust, cobwebs etc.) from their environment. Once all of the above is removed, spray COOP Clean on all surfaces, wipe off with a damp cloth or paper towel and then rinse with water to remove remaining residue. Once dry, add fresh bedding to designated areas and make sure all removed items are clean before putting them back into place.

TOP TIPS: - Use boiling water to rinse off COOP Clean. - For stubborn stains, spray COOP Clean on affected area, let it rest for 1-2 minutes then scrub off with a coarse brush then rinse using boiling water. - Apply COOP Clean to drinkers, feeders and nesting boxes then rinse with boiling water and dry before putting back into enclosure. - For chicken coops, we recommend cleaning first thing in the morning once the hens leave the enclosure that way there is less stress on the birds and the coop has a good amount of time to dry during the day.

Vetsense Avi-CALCIUM is a soluble calcium supplement containing extra vitamin D3 to support eggshell integrity in layers and normal bone development in young birds.

Rate of Use:

4mL/bird with 500mL of clean drinking water per 2kg of bodyweight.

Use as sole source of water and prepare fresh daily.

Each bird consumes between 250mL to 500mL of water per day depending on the age and weather conditions.
