I ordered $172.00 worth of Ziwi Peak wet food for dogs. On receipt of my order three tins were dented in. I emailed to advise of this after throwing the three cans in the bin given the dent had created air buildup under the cans lid. The response was "in order to refund you we need a photo of the damaged cans". Wow they were in the bin. Still contemplating this company and any future orders. At $172.21 AUD for only 24 cans of 390g dog wet food I think that is a bit much to say the least. I was in Ziwi Peak for the health of my three small dogs. Vet-n-pets response was extremely poor. I did not respond to their email or pull the tins out of the bin.

Hi Sonia, I'm sorry to hear that your first purchase with us was not a positive one. It is a standard practice to request some kind of proof of a fault or issue wth a product, either via the return of the item, or a photograph. This allows us to both verify the issue and also see if there is something we could have done to prevent the issue from occurring in the first place. We offer free returns and cover the cost of shipping replacement items to you (or of course issuing a refund). But without the ability to verify the issue, it makes it very difficult for our customer service team to action either of these.

Very natural

I love Ziwi Peak, their can food is the only can food my fussy little dogs will eat. All the flavours are great but my dogs in particular love the beef and the lamb varieties. The quality is fantastic, the cans are filled to the brim with no air wastage, and it's a relief knowing they are getting natural, nutritious food that's easy. Highly recommend.

Good option

I have a dog with lots of food and environmental allergies and this ziwi peak tinned beef is working well for her. I give her this plus fresh raw fish, muscles and vegetables. She’s enjoying it and her allergies aren’t out of control.

Initially felt this dog food had everything needed, however, both my dogs vomited after awhile. I feel the range is too rich for puppy and old dog stomachs. Would not recommend.
