How do I join the Pet Perks programme?
It's easy and FREE! Customers with store accounts will automatically become a part of our Pet Perks programme and start earning Bones for purchases. You'll even get 100 Bones as a welcome bonus when you create a store account.
How do I earn Bones?
Bones are calculated automatically for you on your purchases. You'll receive 1 Bone for every $1 you spend! (excluding any shipping fees, taxes & purchases of gift cards). Keep an eye out for special promotions also where we offer double bones for limited time periods!
How do I check my balance?
Simply log in to your store account and go to the Pet Perks tab to see what you've got.
How can I use my Bones?
You can convert your Bones to Bucks. Bucks are issued as a discount code which matches the value of bones converted. 100 Bones = $1 discount. Bones must be redeemed in multiples of 100 bones and the minimum number that can be converted is 100. The maximum number that can be converted at a time is 5000. You can apply your newly issued discount code on the payment page during checkout and you can use it in conjunction with any other sales and discounts we may be running at the time! Woohoo! 🎉
Bones are issued upon successful completion of an order and any product returns or cancellations will result in the corresponding amount of Bones being deducted from your account. vet-n-pet DIRECT reserve the right to exclude certain products or customers from accruing Bones and/or to exclude certain products/customers from being eligible for the redemption of Bones rewards.
Discount Coupons issued as part of the Pet Perks program have a life span of 6 months from the date they are created, so once you convert your bones, make sure you use the discount straight away!
Unredeemed Bones are valid for 12 months after which time they will expire. It's easy to keep your unredeemed bones valid. Just make sure to complete another purchase with us within 12 months and that extends the validity of all unreedeemd bones in your account by another 12 months. This is our way of rewarding our wonderful frequent shoppers - so many of you have been shopping with us for years and we truly appreciate you! ❤️
Bones are only accumulated by registered users of our site (ie. those customers with a login email and password). Registered customers can log-in to our store at any time to see the total amount of Bones accrued in their account.
Bones and any rewards associated with the vet-n-pet Rewards programme are not transferrable and remain with the original account holder. Bones can not be exchanged for cash.
vet-n-pet DIRECT reserves the right to reverse or cancel any Bones or Rewards issued for any reason without notice to the affected customer/s.
Any part of the vet-n-pet DIRECT Pet Perks Rewards programme may be amended, changed or cancelled by vet-n-pet DIRECT at any time without reason or notice. Should the vet-n-pet Rewards program be discontinued at any time after the commencement of the program, all unredeemed points and/or unredeemed discounts issued as part of the Rewards program will be forfeited without any form of discount or compensation owing from vet-n-pet DIRECT.
