I have used this for years because my dog has always had skin issues which he makes worse by licking. It is anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. It works really well as a liniment and I have applied it 'neat' to reddened inflamed areas of skin or dermatitis with excellent results.
Not the easiest to use as an all over shampoo. It will stain but that washes out easily.
Have shampood my pooch now 3 times on a regular basis - she had a chronic scracthing problem prior to applying "stopitch" - her condition has greatly improved and now only has the occasional "scratch" but am hoping that goes also within a few more treatments.
Aristopet Stop Itch works!!! My Lab is prone to skin irritations spring/summer. Stop Itch clears her skin so quickly. Wonderful product.
