Glucosamine sulphate is the basic building block of all cartilage and plays an important role in maintaining joint fluid, cartilage and other connective tissue (including tendons and ligaments) that are vital for joint health.
Aristopet Glucosamine for dogs is formulated with glucosamine sulphate to help keep elderly pets active and to assist in maintaining healthy joint and connective tissue function in dogs predisposed to joint dysfunction.
Use as a long term treatment to help maintain joint health function.
Active Constituent: 500mg Glucosamine Sulphate.
DOSAGE: Initial dose rate is twice maintenance dose rate for 4-6 weeks to a maximum of 6 tablets daily. Administer half dosage in morning and half dosage in evening. Tablets can be given whole or crushed and mixed with food.
Maintenance Dose:
Less then 10kg - 1/2 tablet
10-20kg - 1 tablet
20-30kg - 1 1/2 tablets
30-40kg - 2 tablets
40-60kg - 3 tablets
Greater than 60kg - 4 tablets
