Great lightweight muzzle

We purchased these to use on our dogs (Ridgeback and Pointer) as we were going out to a large property and didn't want the dogs taking bait that had been illegally left on the property.
There is enough air flow in the muzzle for the dogs to run and pant. They could very awkwardly drink water with the muzzle on. But they could not bite or eat.
Lightweight and could take the impact of the dogs nose diving into the dirt. Generally comfortable - they didn't constantly try to take the muzzle off.
Would recommend to others.

Recommend this muzzle

Good muzzle. Stops our rock eating labradoodle needing any more operations to remove rocks. He can stil drink and bark and it stays on well. We have tried a couple of other muzzles that weren't very good. He's a medium standard and Size 6 was perfect (size 7 was way too big).

Eliminate bite risk without sacrificing pet comfort

I'm not a muzzle fan, there's not many I would let my dogs wear. Yet this brand allowed my dog to breath, drink, and bark easily while preventing scrounging and biting. I had a little difficulty tightening the straps, however my dog had no luck loosening the straps as a result. He adapted to muzzle quickly and soon stopped attempting to remove it.

TOO BIG :(

I did as much research as possible, however unfortunately the muzzle was too big. I purchased the smallest one available. The description said it would fit a chihuahua, I guess my girl's smaller than the average chihuahua. I needed it to stop her from eating as she suffers from esophogitis and can't eat at all. We feed her through a tube to her stomach. I can imagine these would be very effective muzzles (if they fitted) because they still allow the dog to drink and pant.

An great product for my dog

Worry free device for an owner of an indiscriminate eater when off lead. For my Labrador, however, the top width is too tight/rigid and causes irritation resulting in constant side head rubbing on the ground, causing wear to the straps. No other product on the market is as worry free in regard to the eating problem.

Boxers can be tricky to fit due to their short noses.
The Comfort muzzles are quite long.
You may be better looking at the Baskerville muzzle or the Huskimo speciality muzzles

My dog is cavoodle and her circumference is 18.5 but nose is quite long at what seems to be 5.5cm.
Do you think a 2 will still be ok?

I think the size 3 would be a better fit.
The size 2 may be too small around her muzzle.
The actual muzzle size is the measurement on the chart.

The Comfort Muzzle is a nice light weight muzzle.
It allows your dog to pant so they don't over heat.
For the best fit, measure around his nose, the length of his nose and then follow the sizing guide pictured in the images.
