DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Sun filter:
Horses, cattle, sheep, goats: Apply a thin layer each morning to exposed areas. Apply
up to 3 times daily when required.
Dogs: Apply up to 3 times daily.
Anti-bacterial and antiseptic:
Apply a covering layer to damaged skin areas at least daily until healed. For dairy animals with teat and udder sores, remove any remaining Filta-Bac before milking by bathing area with warm water and mild soap, and rinse well. Apply Filta-Bac to sores immediately after milking.
Wound protection:
Apply a covering layer to cuts, including saddle and girth sores in horses, at least daily until healed. Clean the affected area, removing any excess serum with antiseptic solution or mild soap and water and rinse well before applying Filta-Bac.

I’ve always been a fan but found this recent formula a little more runny then usual but a 36 degree days wouldn’t have helped. So many uses for this, I’ve healed a pigeons wounds. Great on my mares nose to prevent sun burn and to sooth the irritation

I've been using this to treat an area of delicate skin on my dog's nose that has no fur or pigment and gets burnt as soon as the sky clears. Unfortunately the skin in the area also sustained a bite from another dog some time ago and never seemed to heal as she keeps nosing things and then getting sunburnt. Using this its helped the healing AND protected it from the sun. She does lick at it but it seems to work fabulously nevertheless and most of it is still retained. I'm going to keep using it as her regular sunscreen even after the healing is completed.
Highly Recommend. my gelding had a bad case of Greasy Heel and I put it on one night and it cleared up lots the next morning also works perfect for my mare who gets a sunburnt nose!
this product is amazing for greasy heel, my gelding has scabs and redness all over his heels and i put it on at night and in the morning it was all clearwed up and nice and clean but also washing with hoss gloss is recommended
this product worked very well on mud fever on my horse's white legs, also keep horse out of strong sunshine
great product I use this on everything my horse hurts themselves on. Great for cuts, itch, hair loss and greasy heel, Also great for sunburn or as a sunblock. Love love it
