About this item

Glow Groom Tear Stain Remedy is a breakthrough once-off regimen that eliminates discharge and stains from around the eyes, mouth and feet of your pet. It is a grooming aid suitable for all breeds of cats and dogs 6 weeks old and up.

Glow Groom has been developed and prepared with organic human edible quality, nutrient rich herbs, vitamins and concentrates.
This special all natural formula is especially suited to animals with allergies as it contains no wheat, preservatives, fillers or artificial colours or flavours.

Glow Groom is proven to safely eliminate stains from around the eyes, mouth and feet.

Glow Groom is a powerful anti-bacterial powder that can be added to your pets regular food or snack and is proven to eliminate tear stains from within.

Other tear stain products on the market require rubbing around the eyes or other difficult maintenance. With Glow Groom you will not need to use bleach, peroxide or any other topical product that may cause allergies and irritation to your pets.

Glow Groom works to weaken the bacteria until completely eliminated and incapable of redeveloping. It does not interfere with the natural production of tears.

Glow Groom does not remove existing stains nor is it a quick or temporary fix to the problem.

It is a proven product that works from within on the underlying cause, to gradually reduce weepy eyes and tear and coat stains at the source.

Glow Groom provides a holistic approach to the overall health and wellbeing of your pet that supports healthy coat and skin and may also assist with bad breath.

Glow Groom provides an exceptional solution for pet tear and coat stains. Discover the difference yourself, by using a tear stain remover for your pet that leads to long-lasting results and is made with completely natural ingredients.

Directions for Use:

Add Glow Groom to your pets regular food.

To ensure your pet has the entire daily dose, we recommend you give it once daily as a separate snack mixed with your pets favourite treat (yoghurt, cottage cheese, peanut butter, vegemite, meat based baby food or even wet cat food are some suggestions).

Another idea is to mix Glow Groom with a small amount of purified water (always add the water to the powder, not the powder into the water) and administer with a medicine dropper or syringe.

Some animals resent changes in their food or have sensitive stomachs. We therefore recommend introducing Glow Groom with just a pinch. Increase gradually during the first two weeks, until you reach recommended daily dose.

You should then keep the full recommended dose for 60 days (~ 8 weeks). Then, for the following 2 weeks cut daily dose in half.
If no signs of stains or discharge, continue with a half dose every other day for another two weeks.

Afterwards, if still no signs of discharge or stains, you should gradually decrease the dose amount for the next few days until zero.

It is also recommended that you carefully trim the stained areas around the eyes until the tearing turns to clear.

For dogs or cats with a short coat, a good quality, temporary topical eye cleanser can be used.

Although uncommon, if stains or discharge reappear during the dosing period, it is a sign that bacteria is still present, suggesting the need for a more aggressive approach.

Immediately re-start the everyday regime for 30 days - doubling the original daily dose. Then revert back to the standard dosing directions.

Failure to follow the above instructions will more than likely result in discharge and/or stains returning.

Because each dog / cat is different, results may be seen after 12 days, while others may take up to 30 days or more.

We highly recommend use of a probiotic (i.e.) yoghurt or a probiotic supplement during and after treatment; to improve your dogs intestinal balance, enhance their health and vitality and improve digestion for better nutrient absorption.

DOSAGE:

0.9 - 2.2kg: 1/4 tsp
2.3 - 3.5kg: 1/2 tsp
3.6 - 4.9kg: 3/4 tsp

6.4 - 7.6kg: 1 and 1/4 tsp

Glow Groom is not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation as no studies have been performed on this subject. We choose to avoid risk with our pets.

Any pet that is known to have liver or thyroid problems should NOT use this product.

Best investment

This product is amazing. I have tried lots of topical products that promise the world but this product works from the inside to the outside.
I mix mine with 1 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt, 20g of cat kangaroo mince and 1 scoop of Glow Groom. My champagne coloured toy poodle puppy no longer looks as if she is possessed by the devil.
Thank you for an amazing product.

Boss likes it!

We have an Apricot Cavoodle, we have just started using it, but Boss looks the taste of the powder, licks the bowl! So that is a big bonus. Will let you know how it goes.

Glow groom

As we have 3 white dogs, 1 poochon and 2 Bichon Frise, the Bichons suffer with tear staining , we have used this product previously and have had fantastic results. We went 6 months without using it and the staining has returned, so we are using it again. A 120g jar lasts for ages. If you struggle with tear staining on your dogs definitely worth trying. I am aware that others have tried glow groom and their fur babies have reacted, so it really is a case of trial and error. We have had positive results twice from the products. I hope this helps.

It Worked!

I thought I'd give this a go as my dog has very bad tear stains; well knock me down with a feather...it actually works!
I bought the smaller size to try it out then needed more to continue the course so bought the larger amount and the tear stains have gone.
I must admit I was skeptical but it has certainly worked on my dog

Seems to be working

I have been using this for about a month on my Bishon and it seems to be reducing the stain from his eyes. There is still a need to clean the eyes as they are not "dry" (but then, eyes are not supposed to be dry, are they), however, the newly growing fur does not appear to be stained. It's too early to comment on feet or paw stains, and too early to say it's an absolutely brilliant product, but so far, so good, and I'm quietly positive. I give one scoup every morning, dissolved in a teaspoon of hot water, then add a little lactose free milk and stir it together (I tell him it's his cup of coffee and he thinks it's delicious!). I will come back and update this review if it is 100% working.

Good results so far

I started using Glow Groom 4 weeks ago on my now 5mth old toy poodle. Her stained cheeks are no longer damp and it seems to be working. I'm happy with it at this point.

Results within a few days. My little dog’s tear stains were horrendous and after running out of options I tried Glow Groom. So happy, I’ve ordered the next bottle to complete the course.

Fabulous for tear stains

With a big dog you have to use alot (5 tsp of GG per day). It tastes vile and is hard to disguise daily for 3 months to get the dog to eat it. Mince mixed with the GG plus a little water is what I have found is the best, and add the biscuits on top (don't mix them in). I am 2 months into the 3 month course, and the tear stains went within 2 weeks. However we still have the red stained feet issue, so at almost $400 for a course for a 34kg dog, it's a pretty expensive tear-stain remedy! Having said that - nothing else worked, and I would recommend it. Just need to see once the 3 months is up whether they come back....

Trust me - it works!

I have two toy poodles and one in particular had bad staining around his eyes. I had used GG several years ago with success so when I saw the tear stains again I knew what to do. However, this time I decided to use a two product approach. I am using the GG powder and also ordered Rufus & Coco Tear Stain Away to clean around their eyes each night. I have found this to be an effective solution so far.

Actually works

When I got my new maltese puppy everyone was commenting on her terrible tear staining. I was washing her face constantly with topical products to no avail. I decided to try glow groom because it doesnt contain antibiotics like some other tear staining supplements and it was also better value for money. I didnt expect to see a great improvement but I have been pleasantly suprised by how effective glow groom is. I have only been using it for a few weeks but already my puppy's face is cleaner and I dont need to wipe her eyes constantly any more. My little girl happily eats her food with glow groom mixed in and she has experienced no digestive upsets from it. The best part is that this is a once off regime so once she finishes the course I wont need to keep buying it and giving it to her for the rest of her life. I would definately recomend this product to anyone battling with tear staining on their dog.
