Items can be returned to vet-n-pet Direct free of shipping charges (Australian customers only) provided you have made contact with us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number and received return postage instructions from us. This soft, machine-washable collar is a comfy, less stressful way to help keep dogs safe while they heal.

XSmall: Neck circumference 15-20cm
Small: Neck circumference 18-30cm
Medium: neck circumference 25-36cm
Large: Neck circumference 38-51cm
XLarge: Neck circumference 50-64cm
** For larger breeds with longer limbs or breeds in between sizes, always size up.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons these collars are not able to be returned once they have been inflated, unless faulty. We suggest that prior to inflating the collar you check the size around your dogs neck to ensure it will fit.

Really happy with the Kong Cloud Collar, Our Ellie instantly seemed happier from the moment we put it on. It made it so much easier for her to walk around the house, eat & drink and importantly be able to sleep much better at night. Highly recommended one for a much happier doggo.
Good item however our 2 rotties can both still reach their knees to lick. Item does state long legged dogs may reach but we tried anyway. Would be useful for short legged or chubby dogs.
Item was ready in a couple of days. Pickup was handy.
I got this as my labrador couldn't seem to function with the clear cone we got from the vet after surgery. He managed to get it off and chew it up. This has been a far better alternative and he can still function with it on (eat and drink, etc.)
