My cat loves this product. And being 16yrs old,I have found she needs it more.A little bit once a day, well if I was a cat I would want something to get rid of the hair in the intestine.😻

Good stuff

I have a long hair cat and he gets a bit constipated so I put a little bit in his meal. I do it once a week and it helps him. Very good stuff and it smells like coffee

I love this product I just squeeze it onto her foot or leg and she licks it off she was really struggling with fireballs and now is really good after a little of this for four days in a row no more coughing and throwing up which is great

This is my preferred laxative for cats

I find this really good, it's not so sloppy like the other one, and it's less messy. I use a 5ml syringe and only fill it no more than 2cm, and use that to put it into the side of my cat's mouth. The tube seems to last longer too. My cat gets furballs, and I use it about 2-3 times a week in the warmer months.

Order is dispatched promptly. However, by Fastway instead of Australia Post as I had requested when putting in my order. Customer service said she did put the note requesting delivery by AP, however, that was overlooked by warehouse staff. This mistake set off the whole lot of trouble. The courier left a notice in my letterbox and my parcel was sent to their depot which is far from my home. Vet-n-pet customer service resolved the issue by getting Fastway to redeliver the parcel to me the next day.

Syringe it

Great product, have used it several times (on my dog, not me 🤪) This time Quinn wasn't eating, so I gave it to him via a large syringe.

I hate this product. Bring back Catlax

Catlax was so easy. Just squeezed it out onto finger for cats to lick off. Laxapet is almost impossible to squeeze out. HTenusing it.

Thick gel, hard to squeeze

Gel is very thick and hard to squeeze out of tube which comes apart at the end. Product works well and relieves dog's condition but be careful how you squeeze the tube.

Laxapet Gel 100g

We use this product to help our small dog who sometimes has constipation problems since an accident damaged her pelvis. Seems to help and she likes the taste so no problems getting her to take it. It smells sweet, almost chocolate-like, so the kids don't mind handling it either, as opposed to something that smells like liver!

How long does this product take to work

vet-n-pet DIRECT

Hi Heather

Thank you for your Question.
Laxapet can take up to 2 weeks to work.
Laxapet softens the stools and lubricates the contents of the alimentary canal. It is an excellent laxative for constipated animals but it is especially effective in the prevention and treatment of hairball impaction in cats.

If your cat is showing signs of constipation you may need to take it to the Vet to make sure there is nothing else underlying.
I hope that helps

Cheers

Lisa

Are you able to ensure dispatch is by Aust Post - private courier delivery to regional Victoria is nightmare and from past experiences will not order on line unless delivery by Aust Post

vet-n-pet DIRECT

Hi Eric, You can select Australia Post as the carrier during checkout. You can choose from either their regular service or Express Post. Hope that helps :)
