Each ingredient in Lenny’s Kitchen Seven Mushroom Immunity Blend has been carefully considered for its individual health benefits. Mushrooms have been used for centuries by Ancient Medicine Practioners to improve immunity, reduce inflammation and improve vitality. The blend contains seven medicinal mushrooms: Maitake, Cordyceps, Shiitake, Lion’s Mane, Turkey Tail, Chaga, and Reishi.
The mushrooms in Lenny’s Kitchen Seven Mushroom Immunity Blend are grown naturally on wood in greenhouses. In the extraction process the entire mushroom is used to ensure that the immune-enhancing beta-glucans and poly-saccharides are utilised to their full capacity.
