My vet put my Great Pyrenees on every 2 week heartworm med for her light case of heartworms. The name brand med would have been very expensive for a dog of her size, but with this generic I can afford to give her the treatment that she needs. I just wish the pills were scored for dividing them for my smaller dogs.
