Blue Planet Ammonia Remover

Blue Planet Ammonia Remover is a toxic ammonia remover for fast and effective removal of high ammonia levels and is suitable for fresh and saltwater aquariums.

Blue Planet Ammonia Remover is designed to eliminate harmful chemicals – mainly focused on Ammonia, but as well as Chlorine and Chloramines, from tap water. It acts by binding to Ammonia quickly to ensure toxicity is reduced. It is harmless to all fish types, it can be used in all water types, and will not adversely affect any medications being used.

Ammonia works in conjunction with your pH, which means that when pH is above 7, ammonia does become more toxic to fish. This does affect marine animals as well as various African Cichlids. If you observe a build up of fine bubbles around the water edge at the surface or have excessive smell in the aquarium, this may highlight an ammonia issue. Test your water when possible.

This product is not required if currently using Blue Planet Water Conditioner Plus, which is a complete water treatment.

Ammonia Remover can be used with any item and does not affect medications, if being used.

Directions for Use:

• Use 5mL per 20 litres of water.
• Add to a bucket, or in the area of flowing water to ensure even distribution across the aquarium.
• This will remove up to 3.0ppm of combined chlorine and 1.3ppm of free ammonia.
• For high levels of Ammonia or when transporting fish an increased dosage of up to 3x is suitable.
