My 4.5 month 5kg Havanese puppy fits the xxs very well. The leg loops do need to be on for it to stay in place properly. Looks well made and comfortable (puppy has fallen asleep in it before I can take it off). Light and compact to pack. The hole for connecting the harness is very handy.
