The Mongrel Dog Leash has been specifically designed for larger breeds. The Mongrel comfortably positions the dog at the owners side, making the perfect leash for crowded areas and for training. It is ideal for dog walking in areas where traffic is unavoidable.
FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS
This is a well made item. However, it is difficult to use with dogs of different size and different training.
We have both a rescue dog and a re-homed dog who have varying degrees of training. Found it difficult to handle both dogs (i.e. their combined weight) with one hand/arm
I have a very big, very strong standard poodle who liked to take me for a walk. I can gladly say the power imbalance has been restored YESS! Comfortable for my boy and comfortable for me.
Easy to fit and release Comfy handle Allows better position of dog to body
This is a great lead for controlling a large dog while walking. My boy tends to pull and veer to the sides to sniff everything. It's good to be able to walk him and not be pulled around. The handle allows a good grip and is slightly spongy allowing a comfortable hold.
I have a very feisty pup who loves birds and this is helping to keep him at heel when they appear, much easier to control him.
