Sashas Blend is 100% pure and natural with no additives or fillers. The unique combination of marine concentrates in Sashas Blend contain a wide range of nutrients that may be beneficial in relief of arthritic symptoms in dogs.
Sashas Blend may be beneficial in maintaining normal function of joint tissue, promote joint mobility and enhance health and well being of dogs and cats. It may also be used as a tonic for dogs that exercise heavily or are involved in high performance activities such as racing. Especially useful for dogs who suffer from arthritis, have joint injury or general wear and tear. It also provides an energy boost and conditions the overall body and coat.
Sashas Blend is suitable to give to dogs of all ages with hip dysplasia, joint injuries or to dogs slowing down with arthritis. It's also suitable to give to young dogs particularly from the age of 6 as it may help reduce the risk of joint problems later on in life.
Active Constituents: Stabilised Green-lipped Mussel, Abalone, Marine Cartilage.
Administration: To be mixed well with food or drink once daily.
Sashas Blend Dosage:
(one level scoop = one teaspoon or approximately 2.27g)
Dogs:
up to 10kg; 1/2 scoop daily.
11 to 20kg; 3/4 scoop daily.
21-30 kg; 1 level scoop daily.
31-40 kg; 1 1/4 scoop daily.
41-50 kg; 1 1/2 scoop daily.
Cats:
Give 1/4 scoop daily.
Note: give half the recommended dose for the first week of use.
1 x 250g tub contains approx 110 level teaspoons of powder. This will last a 20kg dog approximately 145 days! Compared with other joint health products, Sasha's Blend is very cost effective.
Why was Sasha's Blend developed?
Sasha had always been an active dog. At eleven years of age she began to show signs of ageing and wear and tear on joints became evident. After consultation with veterinarians and lengthy research and field trials, Sashas Blend was developed.This natural supplement has helped Sasha maintain her mobility and quality of life.
How do I give Sashas Blend to my pet?
Sashas Blend is easy to give your pet. It is in powder form and pets generally love the taste. Depending on the weight of your pet for instance a 30kg dog would need one teaspoon of powder mixed with food or drink once a day. For the first week we recommend start on half the dose and then build up to the full dose.
What if my pet does not eat his food with Sashas Blend in it?
If giving a dry food diet, or your pet is a fussy eater, mix the powder with moist food or liquid or roll into a treat eg: bread/ham/cheese.
If this fails mix into a paste as follows:
Spoon a weeks worth into a cup and mix into a dry paste with a little olive oil or natural yoghurt. Roll into balls and store in an airtight jar in the fridge. These then can be given directly into the mouth or more easily hidden in food or a treat.
Can I bake treats that include Sashas Blend?
NO YOU CANNOT!! Sorry, but the actives are very, very delicate and are damaged by any heating in food and or water above 30ºC.
If your pet won't eat it mixed in with their food then make it into balls and hide it in a treat . You can add it to warm food (below 30ºC) just before serving but please don't cook it in anything.
How long does it take to work?
There should be improved joint function and restoration of mobility within two to four weeks of taking Sashas Blend.
In some animals a positive effect can be seen in as little as three days. In chronic cases it may take up to two months to see a significant improvement.
Can Sashas Blend be used in pregnant animals?
Sashas Blend is not recommended for use in pregnant animals.

Excellent product - amazing for my old labrador who was battling to walk, now bounds around with my other dog and is not showing any signs of slowing down either when she goes for a walk.
Our two 15 old dogs both have arthritis and one even has a herniated disc in his lower spine and have great difficulty in even just walking. We have tried other powders including very expensive one but this Sashas Blend has made wonders. The duchy is totally back to normal and the Jack with injured spine now is able to walk up to 1km (slowly) which before he needed to be in a stroller for these outings. We can't recommend this product enough.

Great product
Been using this product for a few years now. My cats/ cat have it every morning with their breakfast and gas made a huge difference to their old age stiffness. My Mum got me onto this as she was using it many years ago for her older German Sheppars. My cat will be 17 in October and is doing great

Nil problems
I'm only giving this 4 stars as it's actually to soon to tell if it's helping our dogs, but I can say that they're literally drooling when they smell it being added to their food. I've sprinkled it on top or mixed it in with a teaspoon of pot set natural yoghurt and they love it. Hopeful that it makes a difference to their joints as I've seen great review. (Again, good price and fast postage!)
Tried it noticed no difference at all in her when I got her to eat it after 6-8 weeks of continuous use and the dog hates it very reluctant to eat any of her food with this on it even when I mixed it in she still seemed to be able to leave parts of it behind

My medium sized dog repeatedly became lame after vigorous activities like running for the ball and extra long walks. My Vet said that Sheeba is carrying too much weight and I do agree with that.
