An extended tail hole enables the patients to relieve themselves while wearing the Body Suit and an extra slit enables male dogs to relieve themselves.
The BUSTER Body Suit is a good alternative to offer in cases where client would prefer to avoid a protective collar.
Instructions for Use:
Step 1: Insert the head into the Body Suit and then each front leg separately into the openings provided
Step 2: Pull the Body Suit as far as possible over the body
Step 3: Put the closing flap between the rear legs and insert the tail through the tail opening. Attach the closing flap on the velcro tabs on the loin and secure the press studs

Got this and it ripped at the top and continued to open up so I purchased a cheaper one from Amazon which was much better Sorry Buster but did not do the job. at my place...very fragile
The suit was well made and fitted well, it did say an extra slit for a male to relive themselves, but for a bitch that had just been spayed the whole was exactly over the wound so offered no protection at all?? But we sewed the whole up and it did work well, I would also say it was not very hard wearing and had small holes along the back after a couple of days but was much better than a cone for my dog.
Excellent product, a fantastic alternative to the dreaded come. Only issue I had was with sizing. XL is recommended for a Golden Retriever but Large would have fitted much better.
I bought this for our great Dane who was being spayed. Fits perfectly. So much better than the cone of shame.
Hi have just ordered this product for my super itchy border collie .
I love the product I have had it 1 day half and it has holes in it all ready very disappointed at I $70 for it . I read the reviews and they were very positive.
This was a great purchase for my little one; decided against the cone as we have a little pup and was worried about stitches being nibbled on.
Only downside was the opening on the belly as i had to stitch this up to cover the surgery area.
Is this suit suitable to prevent puppies nursing? Also what size for a small Border Collie?

Thank you for your Question.
The Buster Body suit is made out of a t-shirt type material.
It will provide a barrier between mum and pups but I think the puppies could possible still latch on through the material if they were really determined.
You will need to measure your dog around the girth (around the chest just behind the front legs) and follow the sizing guide meausurements.

How do you measure the dog for the correct size?

You need to have the Body length measurement, the chest circumference and the abdomen circumference.
For the length measure from the the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
Measure the chest circumference 2cm from the front legs and measure the abdomen 2cm from the hind legs.

Does this body suit completely cover the abdomen and inguinal region? Are there any photos that I could view to see how much of the belly is covered?
